3. Non-Refundable Services
No refunds will be issued for:
Domain registrations, renewals, or transfers.
SSL certificates, Google Workspace, or other third-party services.
Service cancellations requested by the customer for reasons unrelated to Bmos performance.

Customers must contact our support team within 7 days of the issue.
Proof of payment and a clear description of the error must be provided.
Once verified, refunds (if eligible) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
